We provide our services throughout the entire United States.
Do you provide your own equipment, ladders and tools?
Yes, although if the prime contractor has their own equipment & essentials to complete the job, it likely will lower our expenses and thus minimize our total cost.
Do you need all of the materials at the site before you begin?
It depends - if it is a smaller job of less than 20,000 sq. ft. - yes. If it is a larger job, we can begin "prepping" the roof until the coating is delivered.
Can you manage the entire project from beginning to end?
Yes, having us manage the total project and work directly with the owner or building engineer/manager can save on your management costs. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Can you provide turnkey service covering both labor and materials?
Yes, we are a full service roof coating contractor. Our labor & material quotes are most competitive as we receive wholesale or distributor pricing for most materials. Our full warranty will also apply.
How soon can you start?
We can usually start within 10 days of receiving a Notice to Proceed.
Is there a minimum or maximum project size?
No - our crews have completed projects as small as 1000 sq. ft. and larger than 100,000 sq. ft.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes - typically we coordinate our warranty with the company that has the overall contract.
What are your payment terms?
Our contract terms are generally 33% down (which covers our travel and overhead costs), additional 33% progress payment after the "prep" work is complete and the balance upon completion.
